LEGO sets scheduled for retirement: July 2027
LEGO sets expected to leave official distribution in July 2027. This is not a retirement (EOL, the end of production) yet, only a projected date, so you can still buy them at normal prices. Prices usually climb once a set leaves distribution.

Frequently asked questions
How do you know these sets will be gone in July 2027?
The date comes from a community-maintained list built on end-of-production planning. LEGO does not publish such a calendar officially, so treat the date as a forecast, not a guarantee. Dates do move in both directions and we refresh them daily.
Should you buy now or wait for a discount?
A set rarely gets cheaper right before retirement, because retailers know the stock will not be replaced. Real discounts happen earlier, during normal sales. If you actually want a given set, the final months before it leaves distribution are usually the lowest price you will still see.
What happens to the price after retirement?
It depends on the set. Large, licensed and collector-oriented ones can climb 50 to 200 percent within a few years on the secondary market. Budget sets and short-run ones often stay near their retail price. We show the full price history on every set page.
