Data Deletion

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Delete your account yourself, in two minutes

  1. Sign in the way you normally do: with Google, Facebook, or an e-mail code.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. At the bottom of the page choose Delete account, then confirm with Delete account permanently.

Deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible. There is no grace period or trash you could restore anything from.

What gets deleted

  • the account itself, along with the sign-in identity (Google, Facebook, e-mail address),
  • your set collection,
  • price alerts and availability alerts,
  • push notification subscriptions,
  • your onboarding survey answers,
  • your saved consents,
  • your set ratings.

What stays and why

After the account is deleted we keep one record confirming the account existed and was removed: the e-mail address, the deletion date, and the number of deleted records. We keep it so we can show that a deletion request was carried out. If you want that record gone too, write to us through the contact page.

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is anonymous and cannot be linked to a specific account, so it does not disappear along with it. Details are in the privacy policy.

Signing in with Facebook or Google

Disconnecting KlockoRadar in your Facebook or Google settings removes our access to your profile, but it does not delete the account on our side. To delete the data, follow the steps above or write to us.

You can't sign in

Write through the contact page from the e-mail address linked to the account, or give that address in the message. We will delete the data by hand. We usually reply within a few business days.
